Survey Tools for Windows
- Features
- Works with all versions of Windows from
Windows 95 onward including 98, NT, 2000,
and XP.
- The main screen now shows you what your
survey looks like as you build it (with or
without the answer scales).
- Add a question "on the fly" without first
creating it in the databases.
- Add text sections to introduce different
parts of your survey.
- Demographic questions now allow up to 31
choices.
- New Open-Ended Demographic question type
allows respondents to enter any response
(e.g. a department name) and the data can
be broken out only for respondents who gave
that answer.
- Database of about 1,500 questions which
you can use as is, modify or create your
own questions. Separate databases for employee,
customer and 360° feedback surveys.
- Branching has been added so different types
of respondents can see different sets of
questions. This is especially useful for
some customer surveys.
- Current users can import all their old
Version 4.0 surveys and data.
- Three professionally developed sample surveys
with sample data.
- E-mail surveys may be done with automatic
data collection.
- Web surveys may be done on an intranet
or internet.

using a mouse or the keypad.
- Present surveys in multiple languages on
the web, by e-mail, etc. and get the results
automatically combined and/or broken out
by language group.
- Analysis Wizard simplifies the selection
of the data that you wish to analyze.
- Demographic breakouts can now be done on
the data of a sub-group. For example, the
data can be shown for a single manager across
rater types in the case of a 360° feedback
survey.
- Both 2-D and 3-D bar graphs may now be
produced.
- Key Word Analysis allows you to find responses
to open-ended questions which contain/do
not contain specified text.
- All the graphs, tables and/or open-ended
question responses can be produced on a single
report.
- Reports can be previewed, printed and exported
in PDF format.
- The PDF report can be further edited/customized
if you have a copy of Adobe Acrobat.
- Graphs, the raw data and the analyzed data
can also all be exported to other software
packages.
