If you are having problems with the Survey Genie make sure it is
installed on a local hard drive and NOT on a network. The Survey
Administrator module may be installed on a network but the main
software is not designed to run on a network.
Connect to the internet and then open the Survey Genie. Click on
Help and then Check for updates. Click Yes both times that you are
asked and the software will download and install the most current
version including updating the online Help files. This will not
affect your data. After updating see if you still have the same
problem.
If you still have a problem note the exact steps that led to the
problem and the error message (if any). E-mail
complete information and attach the survey file (nameofsurvey.mdb
found in the Survey folder) on which you were working when you had
the problem.

Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000, ME, XP or newer, 15MB space on your hard
disk, and a CD-ROM drive.
