Dr. Steinberg has a B.Sc. from McGill University (Montreal) and a M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Psychology from Northwestern University (Evanston). He has been a professor at Concordia University in Montreal and has had 10 years of experience in the computer field at a large retail organization in Montreal.

In 1988 he founded William Steinberg Consultants Inc. The company produces the market leading survey software products: Survey Tools for Windows, the Survey Genie and the Survey Genie Gold.
