"The charts are
great!"

"What
I like best about the software is the graphing
ability and the ability to store generations
of data. My clients really appreciate the
ability to have a visual historical comparison.
It is one of the software's most compelling
features. I also like the fact that I can
graph topics as well as questions."

Your findings are displayed on custom graphs
and tables that you create by simply choosing
the type of output that you want. Scores by
individual question, summarized by topic, and
broken down by demographic variables are all
easily produced. Statistics include means,
standard deviations, and frequency distributions.
Most importantly, if you do the same (or similar)
surveys at regular intervals, you can plot several
generations of data on a single graph. This allows
you to see, at a glance, where you are improving
or where problems are developing.
Another key feature is the ability to automatically
flag sub-group scores that differ significantly
from the organization means and you can adjust
the sensitivity of this indicator. For example,
you might find that employees in department A
have significantly lower morale that the company
average. Finally, both the raw data and the analyzed
data can be easily exported to your statistical
software, Excel, or any other similar software
package.
