To get you started quickly, Survey Tools for Windows comes with 1,500 professionally developed questions which you may use as-is or modify to suit your needs. For ease of use, the questions are in separate databases and arranged by topic within each database. The employee survey database covers 41 topics related to employee surveys. The customer survey database covers 20 topics related to customer/market research surveys. While the 360 degree feedback survey database contains 49 managerial competencies. In addition, the software contains three professionally developed sample surveys.
